What rooms does the rental charge include?The Rental Charge is for use of the entire house. This includes the Conference Room, which seats 10-12, and the Magnolia Event Room, which seats 48.

Are the A/V technologies included in the membership?Yes! the Wi-Fi, Smart TV, white board/flip chart are all included in the membership.

Is there food available?Food catering can be arranged from any caterer of your choice, having a catering license. We currently use 313 Cafe.

Do all rentals get complimentary water and coffee?Not all rentals get complimentary water and coffee. Just those who have an HBH membership.
